FAQ
Lead time depends on order quantity and product specifications. Normally, the production time for a 20ft container is around 20–25 days.
- All raw materials and components are inspected before production.
- Each production step is strictly monitored and recorded.
- Every e-bike is tested and inspected before packing.
- Third-party inspection or customer QC is welcome before shipment.
- Easy Step after-sales team will provide support if any issue occurs.
30% T/T deposit, balance 70% before shipment.
L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Complete e-bike samples are not available for free.
However, standard small parts and accessories can be provided as free samples, while freight costs should be covered by the buyer.
Send us your requirements or design, and once details are confirmed and deposit received, we can start sample production and customization.
Normally our MOQ is 50 units per model. For OEM/ODM projects, MOQ can be adjusted depending on specifications.
We will suggest the best shipping method according to your requirements—by sea, by air, or by express courier.
